CFO CONET Technologies Holding GmbH

Since 2018, Josef Ranner has been responsible for the overall financial management, controlling and risk management of the CONET corporate group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CONET Technologies Holding GmbH. Before joining CONET, he worked for the former CSC (now DXC Technology) as Finance Director for Central and Eastern Europe and before that in various management positions at international companies such as Daimler, Deutsche Telekom and Capgemini. Dr. Rainer Babiel has been Managing Director of Babiel GmbH since it was founded in 1991. He holds a doctorate from the Chair of Information Systems and Controlling at Westfälische Wilhelms University. Rainer Babiel has financed his studies by publishing numerous articles and more than twenty books on various IT topics. Managing Director PROCON IT GmbH

Christian Ballhorn has been with PROCON IT for over 10 years. The IT specialist began his professional career as an application developer in SAP and as an IT consultant for several companies. He joined PROCON IT in 2009, initially as a senior consultant, later as a project manager and team leader in the SAP BW environment. In 2017 he became Head of Engineering in the Automotive business unit, after which he was responsible for the Data Intelligence business area in the role of Director. Christian Ballhorn has been Managing Director of PROCON IT GmbH since April 2021. In his daily work, for him it is particularly exciting to develop innovations from trends together with his team and to transform them into inspiring solutions for our customers.

Managing Director CONET Communications GmbH

Volker Behrend took over the management of CONET Communications GmbH, CONET's subsidiary that specializes in crisis and emergency communication solutions in control centers as well as contact center solutions, in January 2021. Before moving to the management board, he was already responsible for the operative business of CONET Communications GmbH in hins role of Director Operations. Before that, he worked as a management consultant in the former ACT Group and accompanied its integration into the CONET group of companies. Before that, Volker Behrend held various management positions in the telecommunications industry as a consultant.

Managing Director Babiel GmbH

Frank Biggeleben has been managing director of Babiel GmbH since 2017 and is responsible for the central service areas Consulting and Software Development. Prior to that, he was already significantly involved in the development of Babiel GmbH as authorized signatory and member of the management board. As a consultant and project manager, the communication scientist has been steering projects in public/corporate communications as well as e-commerce for Babiel on a national and international level since 2000.

Sigurd Bräuer is member of Babiel GmbH's Management Board since 2021. Previously he led CONET Development & Integration GmbH as managing director and co-founder since 2005. Prior to this, the graduate in Business Informatics founded an IT consulting company in 2000 and was responsible for strategic corporate development until the company was sold. Prior to that, he worked for 12 years in various management positions at GE CompuNet (now Computacenter Germany) and was most recently responsible for overall sales at the company locations in Cologne and Aachen as a member of the executive board for the western region of GE CompuNet.

Aleardo Chiabotti is Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of emineo in Baar (Switzerland). This includes emineo AG, emineo Products AG, emineo International and INEO-IT in Valencia/Spain. After studying at HSG St. Gallen and a stopover at Deloitte, he led strategic international IT projects for Emirates airline from 2011 onwards from Dubai. Back in Switzerland, he took over the expansion of the consulting division at emineo in 2016 and became CEO in 2018. In recent years, he has launched key projects such as innovation management, optimization of the digital infrastructure, the strengths-led corporate culture (based on Gallup), and integrated communication across all channels. Managing Director CONET Services GmbH

Claus Frömbgen has been managing director of CONET Services GmbH with its portfolio of IT operations services, managed services and comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions since 2012. The graduate computer scientist joined CONET in 1998 and has since then also been responsible for the administration and project management of nationwide key public sector projects as well as the supervision of key accounts in Berlin, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Managing Director CONET ISB GmbH

Arndt Holste has been working for ISB for more than 20 years. After completing his studies, the graduate computer scientist joined ISB as a software developer and later took on various areas of responsibility as senior consultant, program manager and head of department. In 2011, he became director for the topics industry, environment and GIS; from 2019, he was responsible for the divisions production and IT as director. Arndt Holste has been Managing Director of CONET ISB GmbH since 2022. 

Managing Director CONET Business Consultants GmbH

Ingo La Roche has been a member of the management board of CONET Business Consultants GmbH since 2018 and is responsible for the Business Intelligence division. The experienced SAP consultant and business manager has been supporting consulting and implementation projects in the fields of SAP-based controlling, public accounting and business intelligence since 2003 in the roles of project manager, team manager and divisional manager.

Managing Director CONET Solutions GmbH

Managing director Dirk Lieder has been responsible for the business divisions of IT infrastructure solutions and software engineering since 2013. The graduate in business management has been supporting CONET since 2000 as a project and division manager in the consulting environment with a focus on process management, logistics & materials management, accounting & controlling as well as software selection & evaluation.

Since 2015, Bernd Schmieder has been managing the Human Capital Management, Logistics, UX Integration and Real Estate Management Business Units as managing director of CONET Business Consultants GmbH. Since 1991, the data processing salesman and business information specialist has accompanied the development of the CONET corporate group in central business, divisional and project management functions.

Torsten Schulze has been appointed Managing Director of CONET Services GmbH in 2018, where he is responsible for Sales and Professional Services. Prior to the integration of ACT Expert Services GmbH into CONET Services GmbH, he had been ACT Expert Services' managing director since 2008 and before that worked as a business economist in various management positions in sales and project management.

 

Managing Director PROCON IT GmbH

Stefan Wiezorrek has been with PROCON IT since 2009. Before that, he was an IT consultant at an international consulting company. He started at PROCON IT as a senior consultant before taking over the market segment Management for the Financial Services Sector in 2014. As of 2017, the IT specialist headed the Consulting & Financial Services business unit as Vice President, then headed the IT Consulting & Business Transformation business area in the role of Director. Stefan Wiezorrek has been Managing Director of PROCON IT GmbH since April 2021. He attaches great importance to high quality standards as well as open and clear communication.
