Organizations and public sector institutions today operate in technologically complex and often fragmented process and IT landscapes. Over the years, systems, platforms, and workflows have evolved across organizational units, projects, and functional requirements. Processes have been modeled inconsistently, only partially automated, and rarely designed from a true end-to-end perspective.
The result is long process cycle times, numerous interfaces, and manual workarounds. At the same time, there is often a lack of transparency regarding cost, quality, and process control. Transformations frequently increase complexity, as new solutions are added to existing platforms. Without a consistent platform strategy, efficiency gains remain untapped and change becomes difficult to manage.
