Public administration is at a turning point: citizens and administrative staff expect digital services that are simple, fast, and seamlessly integrated. At the same time, these expectations collide with legacy structures, fragmented IT landscapes, and strict regulatory requirements. Many digitalization initiatives remain superficial − the application may be digital, but the underlying process often is not.
Media disruptions, lack of integration, and manual workflows limit efficiency and the overall user experience. At the same time, fragmented data, increasing security requirements, and a shortage of skilled professionals make transformation more challenging. What is needed are end-to-end, stable, and scalable digital capabilities.
