We're a Syncron System Integrator, delivering implementations for manufacturers and distributors across the region. Our Pricing team is growing, and we're looking for consultants who can walk into a customer workshop in week one, not week twelve — and who own projects through to go-live.You will focus on one of two tracks - Syncron Price and/or Syncron Inventory / Parts Planning. Tell us which one is yours!
What you'll do
- Advise customers on introducing and optimising Syncron across their aftermarket and service business — from the first analysis through to go-live
- Design and document end-to-end processes based on Syncron best practices and standard functionality, and push back when a customer asks for a customisation they don't need
- Configure the solution alongside our Solution Architects, then test and tune business parameters until the fit is right
- Run simulations and defend the numbers in front of pricing and service managers
- Own the integration work: ERP and DMS interfaces, master data flows into and out of the Syncron CSX platform
- Lead workshops with customer and project teams, drive UAT and super-user training, and see the solution through go-live and hypercare
- Support presales and help shape where our service portfolio goes next
What you bring
- Current Syncron certification. Not "working towards it"
- 3+ years of hands-on Syncron implementation experience in Price and/or Inventory — not adjacent tools, not similar platforms
- End-to-end ownership of at least one deployment: requirements, configuration, UAT, go-live, hypercare
- SQL and data analysis capability
- Solid technical understanding of system architectures, interfaces and integration scenarios
- Business-level English, written and spoken — German a plus, not a must
