CONET Honored as Germany's Best Employer

Hennef, February 22, 2019. CONET values and strives for a high level of employee satisfaction. And current successes prove the Hennef-based company right. The IT system and consulting providers emerged this year as the nationwide winner of the "Top Job" employer competition in its category and received the corresponding seal from the hands of the former Federal Minister of Economics Wolfgang Clement on 22 February in Berlin. The "Top Job" mentor honored CONET especially for its strategic focus on securing skilled labor and the continuous development of its qualities as an employer. For CONET it is already the fourth award as a top employer in the SME sector.

With the "Top Job" quality seal, the Center for Employer Attractiveness zeag GmbH recognizes companies that make a remarkable contribution to a healthy workplace culture. This is reflected in the quality of leadership and the associated high job satisfaction within the workforce.

In the nationwide employer comparison "Top Job", which has been conducted since 2002, CONET has been particularly convincing in the areas of leadership, trust and communication. The IT service provider also leaves a strong impression in the area of work-life balance. Individually agreed working time models, for example, make it easier to reconcile work and family life; flexible working hours, home office or time off work create space for individual lifestyles. The health management system, which has been successfully established for five years, also proves that the focus of CONET is on people.
