CONET and ACT Concentrate Service Portfolio in Managed Services & Cloud

Hennef, January 17, 2019. Hennef-based CONET Services GmbH specializing in IT services and cloud solutions and ACT Expert Services GmbH, based in Niederkassel near Bonn, are offering their services under a common CONET roof in the future. Following the legal merger, customers of both IT companies benefit from the almost doubled human resources and pooled services offered by the thus strengthened CONET Services GmbH.

In July 2017, the IT system and consulting company CONET acquired the majority stake in the ACT group. "The complementary solution offerings and the physical proximity of our two corporate groups have been the decisive factors for our involvement with ACT," explains Anke Höfer, CEO of CONET Technologies Holding GmbH, which holds both CONET Services GmbH and ACT as subsidiaries. "After a transitional phase of getting to know one another and learning from each other, it is the logical next step to unite the companies that are very similar in terms of solutions, technology and organization under one roof."

Both companies have already been run by a dual leadership formed by the two managing directors Claus Frömbgen (CONET) and Torsten Schulze (ACT) for several months. They will continue to be responsible for the bundled teams at CONET Services GmbH. The concentration of the corresponding service areas in the CONET Services GmbH thus has no legal but tangible positive effects on existing customer and contractual relationships:
