CONET and ServiceNow Launch Partnership  for Intelligent Digital Transformation

End-to-end solutions for efficient specialized procedures, particularly in the public and defense sectors, focus on acute customer needs and strengthen CONET Group's growth course

Bonn, September 29, 2025. The CONET Group and ServiceNow are expanding their capabilities for effective digitalization solutions from a single source through their new partnership. Public administration, organizations in the defense sector, and companies in regulated industries such as energy and utilities will benefit in particular from CONET's participation in the ServiceNow partner program, which will provide targeted support for faster, simpler, and more efficient digital transformation of business processes and administrative procedures.

As a digitalization partner with more than 35 years of experience, CONET combines its process and industry expertise with comprehensive expertise in modern business applications. The valuable addition of ServiceNow solutions creates genuine end-to-end offerings for the implementation of digital business processes that are conceptually and technologically tailored to the needs of customers for secure and efficient automation, increased flexibility, and an improved user experience – from consulting to practice-oriented implementation and integration to secure operation and continuous development.

For the CONET Group, the ServiceNow partnership is a key component of their HORIZON28 growth strategy and a logical step in their development into a IT Full-Service Provider for all challenges of digitalization. In order to guarantee their customers the highest level of delivery capability, CONET is investing a high single-digit million euro amount in targeted personnel expansion, training, and certification to establish a combined delivery model, supplemented by a special traineeship and international delivery capacities in countries such as Croatia, Greece, and Spain.

The focus is on central HR processes in personnel administration, recruiting, and citizen contact, as well as topics such as platform & AI, IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management & enterprise architecture, in which CONET already has strong expertise in the respective administrative processes and for which there is a particularly acute need for optimization on the customer side. Initial successful projects already demonstrate the joint implementation expertise of CONET and ServiceNow, for example in application areas such as configuration databases (CMDB), data structures, reporting, and analytics.
