CONET Welcomes 25 New Apprentices and Trainees – Young Talent for the Digital Future

Bonn, August 4, 2025. With 25 new young talents on board, IT full-service provider CONET continues on its growth course. This year’s first ambitious trainees are currently completing their four-month intensive program, which will directly be followed by project work. In addition, the new IT apprentices gathered on Friday for the kick-off event of the training year at the CONET Group headquarters at Bundeskanzlerplatz in Bonn. The goal: to get to know the company, its culture, and their trainers, and to make initial contact with new colleagues. They are starting their professional careers as IT specialists for application development and IT specialists for system integration.

With their apprenticeship program, the IT consulting group offers young people an ideal start in the IT sector. After successfully completing their apprenticeship at CONET Group, trainees are usually starting in permanent positions such as junior system engineer, junior software developer, and junior full stack engineer. CONET is one of the largest IT trainers in the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg region and in addition to its main location in Bonn, the CONET Group currently also provides training at its locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Karlsruhe, and Munich.

"We have set ourselves ambitious goals with our HORIZON28 strategy program. This year, we want to break the half-billion-euro sales mark—and we want to do so with innovative strength and up to 400 new hires who want to play an active role in shaping the digital future."

CONET also has other targeted programs dedicated to promoting young IT talent. The CONET traineeship "JumpStart – Your Start in the IT World" was launched in early 2025. The trainee program for university graduates offers direct entry into a project. A new trainee cycle begins twice a year, in April and October. Ambitious IT enthusiasts can choose between trainings focused on SAP Consulting, ServiceNow Consulting, and Software Development.
