With the listing in the Professional User Rating for Managed Services 2021 by the analyst of techconsult, CONET proves its excellent performance and customer satisfaction in the area of Managed Services. Users from diverse German-speaking markets rated various aspects in the field of “Managed Workplace Services” on the basis of their individual experience. Only the 18 best rated managed service providers were able to secure a place in a diamond diagram used to visualize the results. According to techconsult, CONET has achieved excellent ratings both on the company level as well as on the service level and has thus positioned itself as a “champion” in the upper range of the diamond diagram.

The “Professional User Rating: Managed Services 2021” (PUR MS) is an independent user survey by the research and analyst firm techconsult. A total of over 2,000 users took part in the survey and evaluated managed services. The ratings were based on the dimensions of company rating (provider rating) and service rating with more than 67 criteria in 15 sub-categories. A high degree of practical relevance is ensured by the fact that the reviews come from companies that use the services themselves.
