Change in Managing Board of CONET Technologies AG
CONET-founder Rüdiger Zeyen is leaving the enterprise after 28 years – Ulrich Wantia and Anke Höfer are the new members of the Managing Board
Hennef, 23rd September 2015. With effect from the end of today, Rüdiger Zeyen resigns from his post as Chairman of the Board of the CONET Technologies AG due to different perceptions/understandings/views between him and the supervisory board regarding business politics.
His successors on the Board are the long-term experienced CONET Manager Anke Höfer and - as new Chairman of the Board – the previous CFO Ulrich Wantia.
Board and management colleagues thank Rüdiger Zeyen for his nearly three-decades of dedicated work of building up and extending CONET to one of the top IT providers in Germany.
