Nodnettdagene of Norwegian DSB

At the Nødnettdagene of the Norwegian Directorate for Disaster Management and Emergency Planning (Directoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap - DSB), the experts of the Critical Communications Community exchange ideas about real events and the role of emergency networks now and in the future.

The Emergency Network Days represent the central meeting point of the year for the exchange of experiences, ideas and information on emergency communication in Norway. The participants represent a wide range of actors in emergency and crisis communication: blue light organizations as well as volunteer organizations, municipalities, the energy industry, business and industry.

CONET has been working closely with Norwegian clients such as the Norwegian Public Roads Administration NPRA for years. There, CONET is building a central control center system for road traffic management and traffic monitoring in the five Norwegian traffic control centers. This enables the connection of radio networks of the Norwegian TETRA digital radio network "Nødnett" and the telephone network as well as the integration of customer information systems, tunnel emergency calls and public address systems.

CONET will present current solutions and application scenarios at the Nødnettdagene at the booth of its partner Northcom.
