QUEST and Reutax Form Strategic Alliance “Questax” to Take Up a Firm Position Among the Top Players in the German Market for Personnel Placement

Heidelberg / Frankfurt/Main, November 27th, 2014. With the new brand name “Questax“, Heidelberg-based Reutax AG and Frankfurt-based QUEST Softwaredienstleistung GmbH take up a firm position among the top players in the German market for personnel placement. According to the latest annual ranking by Lünendonk analysts, Questax brand would come in a combined 4th place among Germany’s IT staffing providers with overall more than 1,200 customers, the experience of 15,000 successful projects and a specialist pool of approximately 120,000 freelancers.

With the official closing of the transaction, Reutax AG will become a full subsidiary of QUEST Softwaredienstleistung GmbH. At the same time, the renaming, change and transformation of the legal form from Reutax AG to Questax Heidelberg GmbH as well as the renaming and change of QUEST Softwaredienstleistung GmbH to Questax GmbH based in Frankfurt will take effect. With Marko Albrecht (CEO), Kirby Weber COO and Andreas Nader (CFO), the companies will also get a new manage-ment, consisting of current management members of both companies. The existing network of company offices will remain unchanged.
