Germany’s Best Apprentice Works at CONET

Hennef, December 6th, 2016. As a medium-sized IT systems and consulting provider CONET invests a lot of energy to attract and promote apprentices. Engagement which pays off because CONET’s apprentices have been honored for their special achievements by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK)) steadily in the past years. The cherry on the cake has now been created by Annika Heymann who has been awarded “Germany’s best apprentice “.   

The 21-year-old has passed her exams excellently and with distinction and is now working as Business Project Assistant for CONET. The honouring ceremony for the nation-wide best apprentice by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce has taken place on December 5th. In November Annika Heymann has already been honoured as the best apprentice in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

„This award affirms me in my career path. It is a privilege for me to find such great support and recognition by CONET and by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for my performance. During my apprenticeship I have felt very comfortable and I am now glad to be able to continue my work in full employment and to make further progress “, says Annika Heymann.

„We are very proud of Annika and congratulate warmly on her success. In our daily work, we aim to offer our apprentices a good and sustainable education and are happy if this work bears such fruit“, points out Anke Höfer, responsible for HR issues on CONET’s management board.
