New and enhanced: Content Manager CREATOR 9.1
Hennef/Berlin, 29th October 2015. With their official release date on 12th October 2015 the CONET content management specialists continued their leading Notes-based Web Content Management System (WCMS) with the newest release of the CREATOR CONET Media Suite consistently. The new release 9.1 offers the editors an enhanced and flexible project template for content creation and extended management and search options for the administration of media content.
The component-based project template 2.0 addresses current developments in the field of user guidance and user experience as well as customer requirements. It also simplifies the creation and compilation of content pages. Individual text modules, tables and lists can be flexibly compiled, arranged and sorted. In this new release, the components range is shown in condensed form in a side column. Thus, the editor obtains a augmented/enlarged and more structured content area without scrolling. With the not yet released components appearing in the reference lists in a clear red colour the system transparency is further increased.
A modernised thumbnail display and enhanced search functions for media content in the Media Wizard complete the new version. Pictures can now be sorted and displayed alphabetically or chronologically in the thumbnail view. The extended search function helps you to find pictures with the help of keywords much faster than before and can be easily compiled with the new component “photo gallery”.
With the new version 9.1 of the CREATOR the system requirements are have been slightly adapted as well. The system now currently supports Domino 9.0.1 and among others the Firefox versions 37 until 41 and the Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11 as browsers. The correction of occasional display errors of the previous version also belong to the optimisations of the new release as well as the partially unreliable visibility in the content folders.
