As Value Added Reseller and Preferred Implementation Partner, CONET integrates the innovative Office add-on software of Infoflex into its consulting and solutions portfolio. In the future, customers benefit from these advanced opportunities in order to simplify the creation and administration of correspondence and to guarantee all rights and liabilities of critical business documents.

OfficeBridge intelliDocuments bundles the single components of the existing IT architecture to build an optimized document process. “The usage within a Microsoft SharePoint infrastructure, for instance, guarantees a complete integration in all established workflows and the archiving of all documents that have been created with Office Bridge without any extra effort”, explains Hendrik Vogel, Managing Director of INFOFLEX. That way, the connection to a customer relationship management (CRM) assures that current address data will be used in all customer correspondence. Every intelliDocument carries individual meta information. Whenever the document is automatically transferred, for example into the organization’s document center, this data enables not only a suitable categorization in the archives, but also a business process specific linking to the respective document in related systems like CRM, accounting applications such as Navision or any personal folders.
