Merger: CONET Informationssysteme GmbH is Incorporated into CONET Solutions GmbH

The Neubrandenburg site will remain open as a CONET branch office; all employees change over to the parent company with absolutely no drawbacks

Hennef/Neubrandenburg, August 27, 2009. With retroactive effect going back to April 1, 2009, the partners of CONET Solutions GmbH and CONET Informationssysteme GmbH have absorbed the Neubrandenburg subsidiary into the parent company in Hennef. Since then, all legal provisions have come into effect. The profitable Neubrandenburg site remains open as a branch office of CONET Solutions GmbH, and all employees there have been taken on by the parent company with their existing contracts.

“Our teams from Hennef and Neubrandenburg have already actively supported one another in numerous projects and mutually augmented their expertise,” explains Jürgen Zender, Managing Director of CONET Solutions GmbH. “It has always been apparent thereby that we could better realize our main objectives – a high level of customer satisfaction, innovative strength and sustained employee motivation – through intensified cooperation.” The consolidation into a single organization was therefore a logical step leading to a win-win situation.

There is essentially no change for CONET customers and partners of the Neubrandenburg branch; their points of contact remain the same, and all contracts have automatically been taken over by CONET Solutions GmbH with all their rights and obligations.
