CONET Takes Over Cisco Contact Center Division of SONORYS Technology GmbH

Hennef/Vienna, April 16, 2012. With retrospective effect from January 1, 2012, CONET Communications GmbH has taken over the independent Cisco Contact Center business division of SONORYS Technology GmbH. CONET Communications is based in the Austrian capital of Vienna and is a subsidiary of the German CONET Solutions GmbH. It thus also constitutes a member company of CONET Group, which is now active at twelve locations throughout Germany, Austria, Hungary and Switzerland, offering comprehensive IT solutions ranging from consulting and software engineering as well as IT infrastructure and communications solutions all the way to IT staffing services. SONORYS will henceforward concentrate fully on its main area of expertise, the further development of mobile network operator solutions based upon their own Boccaccio platform.
