CONET Business Consultants GmbH Pools SAP Expertise of weisser + böhle and CONET Solutions

Hennef, April 11, 2011. In the context of strategic development, CONET Group has with weisser + böhle GmbH a new member on board since September 2010. From April 1, 2011 its SAP know-how was pooled with the SAP field of CONET Solutions GmbH in Hennef to the new CONET Business Consultants GmbH. It bundles complex SAP consulting expertise as well as technology competence of approximately 130 experienced SAP consultants.

“Our clear goal is to become one of the top 10 German SAP consulting houses for the public sector,” emphasizes the present managing director of weisser + böhle Klaus Böhle together with CONET founder Rüdiger Zeyen, who is now managing director of the renamed company.  “Besides that, our industrial customers are an important pillar with considerable strong growth potential.”

The location Ludwigsburg remains headquarters of the renamed company. The CONET Business Consultants at CONET’s main location in Hennef and its other network of subsidiaries of CONET Group are represented in ten locations all over Germany from Munich to Berlin.

“We have also successfully worked successfully in many joint projects,” adds Böhle. Together, we can expand our service portfolio for our customers and offer it with the flexibility of a medium-sized company at competitive terms and conditions.”  The first running project was won against well-known competitors for the capitol city of Hannover. In this context, the implementation of a complete SAP introduction in the area facility and landed property management and market business with comprehensive integration into the accounting system was planned. Further current projects are running at Bundeswehr or Telekom.

“For CONET Group, the clear focusing on SAP of CONET Business Consultants also means a distinct positioning of the other subsidiaries,” explains Rüdiger Zeyen, CEO of the group holding CONET Technologies AG.

For the current business year, CONET Group expects with currently more than 400 IT specialists a turnover of 60 billion euros. After the difficult economic situation the year before, the commissioning of IT solutions has significantly increased. Companies start to invest again because as a consequence of the economic crisis, they realize that modern information technology does not cause costs but rather increase the efficiency and security and thus reduce costs.

“The signs for further expansions are well: Also in the future, a sustainable profitable growth is an important cornerstone of our success strategy,” emphasizes Zeyen. “We will preserve our character of medium-sized company.
