As a member of the CONET Group, CONET Solutions GmbH, with approximately 235 employees at the company's locations in Hennef, Augsburg, Berlin, Munich, Neubrandenburg and Walldorf, has an annual turnover of more than 28 million euros.

ACCELSIS Technologies GmbH is an independent IT service provider offering innovative IT solutions on the basis of Enterprise Java and SOA. Along with IT training and consulting, their range of services focuses on software development and performance engineering. As technology specialists, the Munich-based company designs, develops and integrates IT solutions for the financial sector, for industry, and for public enterprises that automate the business processes of their customers, making them more efficient. The integration of and access to transaction-based systems is an important focus thereby. Accelsis, with some 50 employees at its locations in Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne and Stuttgart, achieves an annual turnover of more than four million euros.

Founded in 1998 under the name bross AG, CONET Services AG offers its customers a broad portfolio of IT solutions geared towards the individual requirements of stockbrokers, financial services and investment banks. Along with the data center operations of IT solutions and attendant consulting, their scope of services includes especially the design, installation and administration of IT systems and applications that optimally support day-to-day business operations, and that meet ever increasing demands for system stability and availability.

Founded in 1992 weisser + böhle is a medium-sized enterprise which empowers companies by providing management consultancy services and IT solutions. With offices in Ludwigsburg and Bonn, weisser + böhle offers a growing list of clients from the private sector, the government and the public sector value-adding solutions ranging from accounting & controlling, business intelligence, facility management, human capital management and supply chain management all the way to process management, SAP consulting services and software engineering.

As of September 1st 2010, weisser + böhle is a member of the CONET Group. The main goal of the new-formed alliance is the strengthening of the business focus SAP consulting in a concentrated medium-sized cooperation. This cooperation mainly concerns the weisser + böhle GmbH and the CONET Solutions GmbH, who will form a very close business alliance. For the upcoming year 2011 there are already plans to pool the respective business areas in a new company. News on the progress of this merger will be published in due course.
