Our distinctive identity

Like every company, CONET has its own distinctive identity. This can be seen in our products and services as well as in our corporate culture.

Our corporate culture comes from the shared values and ways of thinking that lead to the work habits, behavior and codes of conduct of our employees and senior management. These "rules of the game" facilitate cooperation within a group and the personal responsibility of an individual, and so optimally bring the employees' potential to the company, which can be seen reflected in the working atmosphere here. This is an expression of employee satisfaction as well as identification with the company.
