The Premier Certified Partnership with Cisco and corresponding specializations in the fields of Advanced Unified Communications and Express Foundation bear witness to the extensive expertise of CONET's project teams engaged in the introduction and operation of communication infrastructures based on Cisco technology.

Together with the Advanced Technology Provider Program for Unified Contact Center (ATP-UCC), of which CONET became a member as the first German partner, these qualifications form a solid basis for reliable consulting and practice-oriented solutions for special requirements.

As a Technology Developer Partner, CONET expands upon Cisco IP telephony solutions with our own XML-based products and modules. The CONET IP Phone Suite, for example, which is certified for use with the Cisco Call Manager, facilitates the use of certain features valued in traditional telephony in IP communications, such as manager assistant functionality and pickup groups, as well as targeted phone blocking.

New developments in technology don't come about haphazardly, but rather as a result of close cooperation between partners. In the field of security and civil protection, for example, CONET and Cisco Deutschland are working closely together in using Cisco's so-called IP Interoperability and Collaboration System (IPICS) in order to enable comprehensive communications capabilities over diverse analog and digital radio and data networks through the integration of digital radio equipment.
